Hello everyone! Another crazy week! But want to hear something exciting??
KIRSTIN GOT BAPTIZED.
YES! It was so sweet!! She is so incredible. I can't even express how happy I was to even be part of all of this. She is just so amazing. She is filled with so much happiness. On Sunday she even said yes to bearing her testimony, and sharing her conversion story. It was so amazing.
Just two and a half weeks ago she didn't even believe in God, and now she can't even express how happy she is that she is following Him. So amazing to see that.
Rochelle is doing amazing as well! She is going to be baptized on May 2! What a miracle! She now believes in God and Jesus Christ as well, and if she wasn't happy before she sure is now!
Story time, story time!
So, after one of our lessons with Rochelle, she was talking with one of the members in our ward. She said she was going to go and party and have one last time drinking, and asked if that was okay. And he just told her to do what she feels is right. And guess what? She didn't even drink! How sweet is that??
So pretty much, she is awesome. She came to Kirstin's baptism and just loved it. So sweet to be able to see all these miracles!
I think that is about all that I pray for these days. Katie and Chelsea are in need of one. Both of their parents have been giving them quite the opposition as they've been learning about the church, and they are in need of a miracle. So if you could all keep them in your thoughts and in your prayers I'm sure that that can happen. Thanks everyone.
The Church is so true! Certainly not an easy path to choose, but I do know that it is worth it. God loves you all so much, and I have no doubt that He'll be by anyone's side who chooses to follow Him.
Love,
Elder Call
