Dear Universe,
Good times this week.
We had one of the Assistants come on a three leg with us for the day. He got chased by dogs while we were on the reserve. It was fantastic. No worries, he's alive with no teeth marks in his body.
We stopped by that one girl whose name slips my mind right now. The one that we just kept talking with and she ended up taking a Book of Mormon? Yes, that one. So we stopped by her house, and they told us to come in. We come in and this girl introduces herself as Tiffany, and oh boy did she ever have some questions for us! She started asking about religion, and God, and the book we were carrying (the Book of Mormon). She said that she'd been seeking for something more and wanted to learn more about our religion. Well, we can definitely do that!! She seemed way solid. So I'll have to let you know how that rolls out.
Miracle of the week you ask? I got to eat at Taco Bell. I could very well be the happiest person on earth right now.
More spiritual and uplifting miracle you ask? General Conference. I wish I would have brought my notebook here. But, anywho, General Conference was fantastic. I went into General Conference with a lot of questions. One of them was "what tools do I have?" Just wondering what I could use to help me and the work. Elder Scott's talk was all about tools that we have. I had questions about the Atonement when we started Conference. The very first talk in Conference talked about the Atonement, and answered my questions. And so many other experiences with God answering my questions through the speakers. I started to have questions about prophets, and then the next two speakers spoke about Prophets. So neat! So, it just strengthened my testimony that God answers our prayers. We should always be asking questions because if we don't ask questions how can God give us answers?
