Welcome back.

Good ol' Calgary got one of its nice fine Chinooks. So this week was a little warmer. 

Anywho, the plug on our investigator pool seems to have been pulled, and it seems to be draining a bit, so Elder Jacobs and I are filling up buckets of water and pouring them into the pool, much like Erin and I did one conference to sneakily fill up a pool. 

So, we have some stories of hopping out of the car to talk with people. Other stories of running people down on the streets. Even ended up talking to some people in a grocery store this morning. Haha, good times.

I ended up hopping out of the car and talking to this guy named Ross. Nice guy. We talked about his life and all that jazz, and then we ended up talking about God for a bit. He was raised in a less than religious home, and has never had much of it in his life. But, I asked him to give it a shot, and he said he would!

So, that was our miracle for this week.

Moral of the story: Pop your little comfortable bubble and do something crazy!! And good things will happen... :)

How was your week? The best part?

I had a lot of time this week to visit with a bunch of the Elders in the zone and had some really good talks with all of them. It was really really good. That was probably the highlight. Some have been having a hard time and its good to know that so we can help them out a bit more.

Are you healthy this week? Praying for you always!!

Hahaha! Oh, I love how you are my Mom :) Thanks for the prayers! Sickness has been spreading through the zone, so pray for them too :)

What have you taught recently (at Zone meetings, to another missionary or investigator)?

We've been sharing a lot on our relationship with God. I've been studying a lot on the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Atonement. It has been really good! I've definitely learned a lot from that.

Do you need a copy of the Conference Ensign? I can send you one!

What was your pday like so far today? Where do you do laundry at?

There is a laundromat by our house run by an Asian couple, so we use that :)

What news?? ... just kidding!! YES! That was SO awesome!! I'm so excited for them!! That will be great!!
